Every reaction has its impact on us and our vibration. The higher our vibration is, the more good energy and things we attract in life. Our own choice on how we want to live our lives can raise or lower vibration as change is constant and there is no staying the same. When our energy levels are low, we are blocked spiritually, mentally or also physically. If you want increased health and well being than have a look at the following tips to raise your vibration.

Eat high frequency foods
This might sound a bit too spiritual for a few people, but different foods have their own different frequency as some studies show. Especially, fresh greens and fruits have a really high frequency. Meat, fish and dairy have a low frenquency instead and they do not support your own vibration to attract good and love in life.

Express gratitude
Gratitude comes from within and by being grateful for all you have and are, you enter the highest state of frequency. With gratitude comes abundance as you see everything you have, instead of everything you lack in life. Gratitude is all about practise and so I recommend you to start a gratitude diary, in which you write at least three things you are grateful for every single day.

Surround yourself with high-vibe people
Some people have a brighter energy and I promise you that you will feel more positive and happier when you spend your time with those people. Light attracts light, and the same rule applies to the opposite. When you are around negative people most of your day, you will feel sad and down immediatly.

I know that meditation is not for everyone and it is also a bit difficult to start with, it really helps to calm down your mind and letting go of negative feelings. Because of meditation I feel more grounded that I have ever felt before and it really helps me to destress.

Move your body
With this tip I do not mean exercise in the first place (eventhough, it will also help to boost your mood and vibration). What I really mean is to move around or dance. Follow your intuation and feel your body. Maybe it helps to put on some music, then let every insecurities go and simply DANCE IT OUT. On the one side, dancing really helps to put you in a good state of mind, on the other side, it also helps to feel more energetic physically & mentally.

Be kind and serve others
What we give, we get. Helping and supporting others without wanting something in return, will automatically make you feel good and happy with your life. Kindness, like gratitude, is one of those high vibe actions. The more kind you are to others, the more you will attract it into your life.

Currently, I am really interested in the topic of raising your vibration and the law of attraction. For me this is connected to selfcare and selflove. What you think you become; what you feel, you attract; what you imagine, you create! Diving deep into this topic, reminds me of always working towards my goals and to a state of inner peace and feeling fulfilled.
